Hi, I am Fernanda Amaral, one of the massage therapists of Place of Health. I take great pride in the effective massage therapy that I am able to provide to so many wonderful people and am honored to be sharing a bit about my training and experience with you.
I am a Professional Member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association http://www.amtamassage.org and a 2006 graduate of the nationally respected American Institute of Massage Therapy. I have taken many continuing education courses including: Trigger Point Therapy, Massage for Pregnancy, Infant Massage, Myofascial Techniques, Reiki and Chair Massage.
I also have a deep interest in body and mental health. This strongly contributes to my unwavering desire to help others in a natural, meaningful and compassionate way; and my belief that mind/body balance is the key to whole health. I strive to encourage this balance in each client by providing massage therapy that not only decreases pain and muscle tension, but also results in increased emotional balance and relaxation.

Thomas Yang - Massage Therapist
Hello my name is Thomas Yang a licensed massage therapist and Tai chi instructor of A Place of Health. I have practiced massage for the last 10 years professionally. I graduated from American Institute of massage therapy in 2000. I am proficient in trigger point therapy, neuro muscular, myofascial release, Tai massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage. I am certified by the Phoenix Chen Tai chi association and instruct authentic Tai chi at A Place of Health. Through coordination of breathing and relaxed physical movement Tai chi practitioners improve metabolism, immune function, mental health and well being unlocking the bodies natural healing potential by opening the energy pathways called meridians. My goal is to improve the well being of others and inform them through massage and Tai chi how to control stress which depletes the immune system and can cause illness. I would like to be your massage therapist and share the power of the Tai chi experience with you. Wishing to all of you good health, peace and prosperity.
Kenia Reyes - Massage Therapist
Hello my name is Kenia Reyes; I have been a license massage therapist since May 2008. I graduated from American Institute of Massage. Since that time I am a member of NCBTMB (National Certified Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork). I have experience in numerous massage modalities including sports massage, Rieki Level I, & II as well as an energy course Qigong, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Massage level 1, 2 & 3(advanced).
I found that taking the time to understand the body and how it works is amazing! We all are different and require different needs as long as I communicate with the patient. I consider myself more of a therapeutic massage therapist since I combine everything I know into my massage. I want to understand the details of personal injury or trauma my clients have experienced so I can help release pain, tension and ultimately to help you heal. It brings me joy to be able to help people in the healing process and I am happy to go to work everyday. I am pleased to be a part of the staff here for Dr. Watson at A Place of Health.
Hello my name is David Hochstadt and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 1999. Massage has been both a passion and a joy to practice since the day I began my training in 1998.
Even though I’ve given more then 13,000 massages in my lifetime I still look forward to giving each massage. I customize each massage based on the needs of the person I am working on. I’ve also been a Reiki Master for 4 years.
To me massage is miraculous because I’ve seen so many great changes in people during and after a massage. Sometimes I will bring a little humor into the session because laughter is still the best medicine.
I’ve worked with chiropractors, acupuncturists and at hospitals for the past 12 years and consider it a privilege to work with other healers to bring about great outcomes in peoples lives.
Working with Dr. Watson is a treat because she is a great chiropractor and a wonderful person. In my experience, massage and chiropractic care bring about the best results in a persons healing. I look forward to massaging you at A Place of Health.

Clint Noble - Assistant Office Manager
I grew up in Eastern Kentucky and have a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Kentucky. I moved to South Florida 2 years ago from the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. I have over 14 years experience in the Health Insurance industry. I work for Dr. Watson as an Insurance Specialist. I can help answer any questions you may have in regards to the types of insurance we accept. We are also in negotiations with several of the major insurance carriers to become part of their physician networks. I would be glad to discuss your options with the insurance plan you have in regards to your deductible, coinsurance or co-pay per visit for Chiropractic services. In addition to this role I am also the Assistant Office Manager and a Registered Chiropractic Assistant (RCA). I can help you with patient scheduling or any office issues you may have.
